• Administration of internal IT-system (Windows Server, SQL Databases, Active Directory, Endpoint Management, DHCP, Linux, VMWare, DNS, Confluence, JIRA, Synology, MS Exchange and Office, and similar)
• Management, virtualization, and configuration of SW-systems with VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes (or similar)
• Management, maintenance, and monitoring of the server hardware and networks
• Configuration of VPNs, firewalls, and monitoring systems
• General setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems with our products
• Integration and DevOps of state-of-the-art technologies like Telegraf, InfluxDB and Fluentd, Grafana, SPARK, or other
• DevOps tasks in Google Cloud Services, AWS, or similar
• ServiceDesk Tickets and Customer Support with patience for systematic failure analysis
• Leading efforts for a TISAX Information Security certification and system documentation
